Endo Buttons
An Endo Buttons is a specialized soft-tissue fixation device widely used in ACL, PCL, and other ligament reconstruction surgeries to secure grafts to bone with high mechanical stability. Made from strong, biocompatible titanium or surgical-grade alloy, the EndoButton works by passing through a drilled bone tunnel and then flipping or anchoring on the outer cortical surface, creating a robust, suspensory fixation point. This design ensures excellent tensile strength, minimal graft slippage, and reliable early fixation—crucial for successful ligament healing.
As the bio-screw resorbs, it is replaced by native bone, maintaining long-term stability while reducing the risk of complications associated with permanent metal implants.
Their sterile, modular attachments and autoclavable components maintain high hygiene standards while ensuring operational reliability in demanding surgical environments. Power tools significantly improve surgical workflow, reduce operating time, and support consistent, reproducible results—making them indispensable in advanced orthopedic and trauma care.
